Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand there will be times something goes wrong.

Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, we accept returns for store credit which can be used for a future purchase. You must initiate a return request within 14 days from your delivery date.

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be

  • Unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused, and with tags attached.
  • No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

You can return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!

**The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
  • Sunglasses
  • Visibly Worn items
  • Items outside of the policy window

Exchange/Claims Policy  

For Exchanges:  Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to support@millennialswag.com within 7 days after the product has been received. In order to get to your request as soon as possible, please include in your subject line "Claims" followed by your "Name" and "Order Number" (ex. Claims - Jane Doe - Order #0000000). Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

For packages lost in transit: All claims must be submitted to support@millennialswag.com no later than 7 days (1 week) after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

IMPORTANT STEPS TO TAKE BEFORE REPRINTING AND SHIPPING CAN OCCUR: 

  • Please connect with your local post office to submit a claim and attempt to locate the lost order. 
  • Double-check that the original shipping address was correct. 
  • If the provided tracking information states an order was delivered, but you (the customer) believe that you have not received it, you (the customer) will need to connect with your local USPS for assistance in locating the item. In this case, please note Millennial Swag is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are reported as delivered.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier has considered insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed Orders Returned to our Facility: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
