CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?
Yes, you can. Please email support@millennialswag.com within 12 hours and let us know your order number, and specify what needs to be changed or if you want to cancel the entire order. Once the order moves into fulfillment, there is nothing we can do, so make sure you act FAST! Because of this, please double-check the information entered at purchase, especially your shipping address.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, What do i do?
Check the tracking information included in this shipping confirmation email to locate your package. If it does not arrive within the estimated delivery window the shipping carrier gives you, you should first contact them to see what has transpired. In the unlikely event, it gets lost in the mail and never arrives, please email support@millennialswag.com, and we will do our best to make the situation right! Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages reported as delivered.
IT LOOKS LIKE I'M MISSING AN ITEM IN MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Please check the shipping confirmation email to ensure it includes all items in your order. Why does my product have a vinegar smell?
We know you read this thinking oh no, but let us explain. You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue when unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print. Don't worry; that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it's not permanent! A fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric; without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The smell/residue should go away after one wash. Please wash before wearing.
